Just returned from our second trip to Bonaire. I love Bonaire and will continue regular visits. It seems that happens to many as most visitors I talked with were repeat visitors. Stayed at the Divi. Had an ocean front room - but this time got a mini fridge for the room (good idea). They continue to work on the Divi and seem to really be investing in the improvements. We enjoy the Divi for the small size, laid back atmosphere, and proximity to town.
Went out for dinner at a variety of restaurants. Really enjoyed Richards, Mona Lisa, and Chibbi Chibbi.
Diving was great. Plenty to see on every dive.
Took the opportunity to have a private video made to show my non-diving family members. Hendrik at Scuba Vision does a fantastic job. I highly recommend them. (Thanks Jake- for the info).

Hello to those I met in Bonaire. Thanks-Josie for taking me on the clean up dive and for showing me the great place you rent. I might look into renting a unit next visit.

It was VERY nice to meet you, and I hope we'll connect again on Bonaire. I still have a week and a half, and I'm thoroughly enjoying myself. I know how blessed I am to have the opportunity to be here so long. I'm getting very rested...

I'll be at the Divi on 3/22. How did you get a mini-fridge in your room? Do you have to ask for one ahead of time or do all the deluxe rooms have them?

Wish I was back there too! Sorry we didn't see you before we left. Mom got lucky several nights in the casino and treated me to a great meal at Richards Thurs. evening. I plan to be back to Bonaire sometime soon.

We are staying at the Divi for Easter vacation-very excited as this is our first trip to Bonaire. Does it pay to upgrade to an oceanfront room from a standard? We don't plan on being in the room much as we are renting a pickup at the Divi and will be snorkeling/sightseeing all around. Any first time tips/dining suggestions would be appreciated. Also, has anyone carried-on the plane snorkel stuff in an over the shoulder bag(flying American)? We don't want to check luggage if we can avoid it. Look forward to our stay.
