Hi All,

Instead of posting more ramblings on my trip, I decided to instead first create a page with photos of the recent Carnival Parade.

These shots were taken by my buddy Hank Schaefer, a repeat visitor to Bonaire. Enjoy the colors.

Great pictures Tom!
Colorful indeed. Reminds me of our own Carnival... NOT :-(
I wish we could have that kind of weather when we celebrate Carnival (it was raining over here, around 0 C and of course I got sick aftwerwards).
Thx 4 sharing!

Thanks Cynde - Barbara all. Hank did a great job.
Barbara more will come.

Unfortunately I have not had much time today. Spent 2 1/2 hours with my physician. My gosh for ten years he (also a diver) has been telling me to lose weight so I ride bike, get my weight set back out, walk and try to cut out most fried stuff, which allows me to lose 48 lbs since September and now he is worried about that. I did not even tell him that my goal is another 40 by next September. Must be a mid life thing on my part. Anyone know of a used sports car for sale;-{)}

I think his office took half of my blood. They also had me hooked up to machines. Normal stuff for a man my age.

Have to admit though, I am a little worried as he found some spots on my skin which set off alarms and some moles have changed their appearances recently. Biopsies(sp) at the end of the month.

Lastly, he asked me if I have been depressed lately. How do I explain P.B.D. to someone who has not been there;-{)}

Tom, sorry you had to join the skin biopsy crowd too! That's why I wear a skin whenever I'm out in the water/on the beach from here to Hawaii! :-) Wish I'd gone into dermatology...could live in the tropics and make the big bucks! LOL

Tom I hope your biopsies goes well for you.

I like your line on how would one explain PBD to your doctor!

Tom, number one, congratulations on the weight loss! Wow, that's a lot! As I've had to had a chemo cream treatment on my ENTIRE face a little over a year ago, most painful thing I have ever experienced in my life, and several basal cells removed (have an appointment again in April to remove MORE...)....good luck and please keep us posted...
