I picked up a recipe for fish soup from a friend on Bonaire. It asks to add the noodles from a Continental soup - (not the boullion, just the noodles)?

What is a Continental soup?

I believe it is a brand made by the manufacturer, Unilever.

It is the same thing as Lipton (not instant) or Knorr. MSG and high sodium. Make your own chicken stock IMHO and add healthy noodles.
