Well, all my buddies from last year and new ones just met. Santa has made contact again this year to request the BTers track his great ride. (He passed word also that Bas had better work on not being naughty a little more. And although generally a good little girl, Yana would not being receiving a live horse this year. Thank youuuu Santa!)

December 24th..1 year later...A Santa Scout Report.......I can hardly believe it....It's Christmas Eve again from the North Pole to Patagonia and beyond. I was watching for Santa, but I wasn't sure I'd see him tonight. We're having a 'night's-out lights-out' night. A 'night's out light's out'? That's when the sun is dark..and it's so coooooollld, the starlight is frozen. And, as if that isn't enough...there's a white-out... with snowflakes coming so thick and fast, that even the doggies are having trouble seeing the sky...That's what I call a 'night's-out,light's-out,white-out night!!!!! I did't know how Santa Claus would see his way to every house...And Chelsea and XiaXia were wearing their very nicest winter coats, too. I put out some extrajuicy, extraorangey carrots for the reindeer. And some rum-raisin oatmeal cookies for Santa.....if he found his way.... Well....just as I was about to give up hope.....I heard on the wind...no louder than a mommy's good night kisses, or a daddy's hugs, a sort of a ssswwwwssss, ssssswwwssss....I turned every which way to see what was the matter....and suddenly the sssswwwwsssss became clearer, and clearer....and I heard what it was! Clear as anything!!!! It was all the mummies and daddies, whispering out their children's names...to remind Santa to stop at their house....Well, we know mummies and daddies do stuff like that...but you'n me know....Santa Claus never forgets......And before I could finish thinking that thought, all the warmth of the love and hugs that were being carried aloft, began to thaw the darkest night.... I heard the song of the Northern Lights, as they began to dance....and somewhere, a Christmas star was ringing...and there, flashing across the face of the moon, and leaping from Star Light to Star Bright were Dasher and Dancer and Prancer....and of course, Rudolph was lighting the way.... HO HO HO boomed out across the heavens and drifted to my house, and the lady across the street's house...and flying out behind Santa was his long warm muffler, with his Christmas list trailing along...so that's all from the northernest point of Toronto, Canada ...Just like the song says...Santa's on his way...with lots of toys and gooodies on his sleigh......Does anybody know if Bas and Yana are asleep yet? You know what Santa got them...well,sshh, Santa told me himself so I guess I oughta know..oh,oh

Santa stopped by Swiss Chalet and had a beer courtesy of the Jake. That might explain what happened to the reindeer and his sleigh just an hour later when he was spotted on the underwater ReefCam.
