The last I read in Extra regards to the "resort" planned for Sunset beach was that "a group" from Aruba was looking at developing the property.
The subject went dormant after that.
Much activity going on to clear the piles of debris - I guess the "deal" went through then? The govs' office can't afford to clear the place.
Can a fence to prevent access to the area (beach) be far off?
DROB doesn't want to say much - any good rumors?
