We arrive on easter Sunday on AE late. Will there be anything, open on Monday as we know this also a Holiday in Bonaire?

Dave,

You should be able to get something to eat, especially at the resorts, on Easter Sunday. For groceries, I'm sure Bud at Sand Dollar will be open that Monday.
