Going back to Cur then to USA on AA. Will we go thru customs in MIA? or is that taken care of in CUR?

Ron, you will have to do the customs thing in Mia, sorry.

Since MIA is your first point of entry into the US, you will have to go thru immigration & customs. AA in CUR will tag your bags to your final destination; you just have to clear & re-check them (there's a counter just outside of customs, where you drop them off). Don't forget too that you're responsible for getting your bags in CUR--AA will not handle your bags & get them to BON in either direction.

CUR is not like AUA (Aruba), where there is US customs clearing.

If you buy duty free alcohol make sure you transfer into checked luggage after customs but before rechecking just outside customs(ie, 40 feet).

They would make you throw it out at security!
