Hi,

We have friends coming to Bonaire in FEB, they are flying on Delta to Aruba and then DAE from Aruba to Bonaire.

They have a booking resume from DAE with there confirmation and payment acceptance.

Does anyone know the procedure once they land in Aruba? Do they go through customs etc.? And where is DAE located?

They are not taking DAE for the return trip, so it is just for their arrival leg.

Thanks for your help

Gather your luggage and go through customs. Write 'transit' and 0 days on the customs form. Exit the building and turn right. Walk 100ft or so and enter the ticket counter area. DAE was the counter on the right side (may be subject to change).

Do not pay the full departure tax. Show them your boarding pass from the US and you should only pay 3.00 for a transit departure tax.

Exit the ticket counter building and security into the terminal area is a short walk (50ft). Once through security you will reach a food court area. The flight to Bonaire leaves from the left of the food area. Do NOT go through US customs.
