Was just surfing the AA flight schedules:
1) several days during Feb. a 7:30 AM flight to SJU has shown-up in addition to the 7:00 AM, flights,
2) Looks like, for March 4 - April 1, that they have added a 9:00 AM flight for Friday thru Monday,
3) On April 7, (start of US daylight savings time), no extra flights, but the 7:00 AM flight changes to 6:15 AM.

Chet, not sure about the additional flights, however it is confirmed that as of Feb. 4th American Eagle will now have a daily flight Bon-SJU-Bon.

The info from the AA website for
March 9th-
Flight: American Airlines 5212
Departing: BON 09Mar 09:00am
Arriving: SJU 09Mar 02:37pm
Now,
I would much prefer the 9:00 flight over the 7:00 flight, but since we've already had to change our flights 4 times due to the various airlines involved, we'll probably stick to the 7:00.

I've learned the reason for the extra flights is part of AE's effort to relocate planes for certain connections, and Bonaire apparently seemed to be a convenient place to overnight them.
