Looks like there'll be a weekly charter starting in December, through April or so, from Toronto to Curacao. I just got a flyer from Squba Holidays in Canada and they have a package using that, with the flight from CUR to BON, and accommodations, diving with Divi.

If you just need a flight, you can probably get that direct from the charter company (there are a couple in Canada that do a lot of Caribbean flights in the winter).

We did that via Canada 3000 before it folded, and it was a great way for us to get there from Rochester, NY -- we're about 3-1/2 hours from the airport in Toronto. For us, it meant an overnight before the flight (which left at 6 am), but it was still an easier trip than we have now on American. We're sort of stuck with American because the charter companies won't let us stay as long as we want to, otherwise that'd be the way for us.
