I am arriving at Aruba at 2:43 PM. Can I make BonaireExel flight at 3:30 PM to Bonaire?

Not a chance and no, respectively. For the former you need to go through Aruban immigration and customs, which takes forever. Take the later BonairExel flight.

I've written numerous comments on this subject..as Jakes says, 99.9% chance you cant make it...you must go thru immigration, then pick up your bags and go thru customs, then go to BE and buy your ticket....this must be done before 3:00 (30 min before the flight)...

Sanjeev, I just made this connection in July, and no you can't make it. I even literally ran through the airport. You have to claim and reclaim your bags... go through immigration and customs, then get your tickets at Bonaire Exel. If you have no clue where you are going (as I didn't) it's difficult at best.
