Has BonairExel been able to fly on-time with their reduced schedule of 7 weekday and 4 weekend flights between Bonaire and Curaçao? Are flights overcrowded and passengers getting bumped? Are personnel helpful to everyone or only helpful to local people like the old ALM?

The web site http://www.bonairexel.com does not have any day-to-day information, say what the baggage limits or other conditions may be, or accept on-line reservations. Parent KLM and also Air Jamaica use BonairExel as a feeder line for flights beyond the islands, but so far neither of these provides any information or reservations on flights between Bonaire, Curaçao and Arruba.

We did the Bonaire - Aruba - Bonaire thing about 6 weeks ago. Went reasonably well (and a heck of a lot better than it used to with ALM (now DCA)), using BonairExel.

Jake...has the Crosby Stills and Nash concert already happened on Aruba??? If so, how was it? I can imagine it was great. Was it the old field outside or a new place inside? Carole

The concert was great. The kids enjoyed the parts they were awake for - Yana the first half, Bas the second half. I ended up buying copies of all the songs they played from www.MusicMatch.com after we got back, and Yana now listens to them constantly :-) Nice to be able to share music we enjoy with the kids.

No idea if it was in the old place on Aruba or the new one (not having been to either before for reference.

Flying back from Aruba, by the way, we got to fly on the Embraer jet. Instead of the normal BonairExel ATR-64 they use to Aruba.

Glad everyone enjoyed the music at the show and later on at home. Good music, indeed! Yana has good taste already. Carole

Jake, glad the concert was good, and that Yana like CS&N! I'ts funny, now that our kids are teens, they wouldn't dare admit that they liked music we like! LOL! When Sarah was younger, we used to listen to the radio (top 100 station) and sing along together:-) Cherish the memories!

Are BonaireExcel flight schedules from Aruba/Curacao to Bonaire available in English on the web? If not, how may they be obtained and reservations made?

The site says they don't have the English version yet. So to see the schedule, select 'Zoek en Boek'
then from the dropped down menu pick 'Naar Bonaire' which is to Bonaire.

Tickets Boeken from the same menu will get you the email address to send a request in for reservations and tickets.
