I am working on an interesting new route (new for me) of geting to Bonaire over xmas holidays. Does anybody have a recommendation of a place to stay in Montego Bay for one nite. I know there have been several mentioned in the past but I couldn't find them on an archive search. Also like to know the "do not stay" places. I cannot use AJ without overniting someplace. I've usually looked at the AJ gateway cities as a place to overnite. This morning Ifound a good fare to Montego Bay. The cost of a ticket from MB to Bon is $198. I will need to overnite in MB both directions...but at least I can play in Jamaica for the day

We stayed 3 nights at the Wyndham Rose Hall resort in Montego Bay in July and we absolutely LOVED it and especially the waterpark! And the people were SO friendly - we are planning our return trip for next year to the same resort.

Sunset Beach Resort is Nice as is the Holiday Inn, I would favor Sunset Beach.
