We have always enjoyed Manchebo Beach, nice low riser. Very wide nice beach there.

If you want casual, laid back all-inclusive I would recommend the Divi Tamarijn. It too is a low riser.

Marriott, or Holiday Inn . We always stay at the Holiday Inn , these are high rise. Or La Cabana half way in the middle between low rise and high rise. Beach is across the street though
