Also for consideration is Sunbelt Realty (www.sunbeltbonaire.com). We met with Anja Romeijnders in their sales division last month but also had the chance to meet Iris Jasperse (iris@sunbelt.an) of their rental division. Iris was really easy to get along with and seemed to have a lot of potential listings. Good luck!
