American Mom with beautiful, brilliant freshman daughter in High School wants to move to Bonaire. My daughter is willing to learn Dutch. Tutors? Will the schools take an American student? Private, public? We would be purchasing a condo. We've looked at other islands with great private international schools, but no island compares to the quality of life on Bonaire. Thank you.
